The current publishing was complicated and has many steps to publish and share workbook and datasources. The publish workbook and datasources goal for this project is to minimizes the complicated steps and see and understand their data with many people.

Based on looking through research and competitive findings, the solution was to create a way to set defaults to publish, yet giving the options when then need it. And based on the testing this easy publish step has increased from 37% to 45%.
